Greetings! I'm trying to setup a custom MIB poller for tracking hw/sw versions for some Motorola video equipment in our environment. I know how to setup the poller--I've done it for multiple other devices. Right now I'm only testing with a single device. I've selected that device, entered the OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.1166.7.1.7.0), tested the OID (successfully returning the text value "Rel_5.1-xx"), named and grouped the poller, enabled the poller, and setup my values . It says that it's polling but I never return any data. When I go back into the customer poller it still shows the full OID until I try to browse--then it only goes to 1.3.6.1.4.1.1166 instead of the full OID. Do I need to get the MIBs for the Motorola equipment added into the Orion database or should I be able to pull that information without it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I can get this to work, I'll get the lucky task of adding approximately 50,000 new devices to our Solarwinds monitoring.
