I'm having trouble with two monitors in SAM. Both are indefinitely stuck in the initial polling stage, and when I attempt to test them against their respective test nodes, I just get an indefinitely spinning circle. I enabled debugging on the application monitors and tried both running a test and hitting Poll Now; despite this, I don't see anything coming up in the C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\APM\ApplicationLogs folder of their respective polling engines (or the primary poller). What do I do from here to fix this or at least diagnose it?
