Web console vs. Report Writer formatting

Seems like since my upgrade to 9.5 SP3, at least one of my reports are no longer displaying properly on the web console. I have a "Traffic for Last 7 Days" type of report that has a few levels of grouping. One shows the date, next is location, next is customer, and next is customer ID. It looks perfectly fine in Report Writer and all customers in a single location are grouped together. However, on the web console, I get random ungroupings of customers in a single location. So rather than this:

Date
    Site A
        Customer 1
            Customer ID
        Customer 2
            Customer ID
    Site B
        Customer 1
            Customer ID
        Customer 2
            Customer ID

I get this:

Date
    Site A
        Customer 1
            Customer ID
    Site B
        Customer 2
            Customer ID
    Site A
        Customer 2
            Customer ID
    Site B
        Customer 1
            Customer ID

I'm not sure if this is part of it or not, but the date format looks correct in report writer (August 24 2009) vs the web console. (8/24/2009.)

Is this fixed in 9.5.1? I have been waiting for a fix since I opened a ticket in August of 2009.

I am running 9.5.1 and I see this issue with a lot of reports.

I found a workaround for some of my reports. If you create a report that isnt displaying properly on the website view try the following.

open that report in report writer go to Report on the file menu and select Show SQL.

open the SQL tab and copy the contents.

Then create a new report and choose the Advanced SQL option for the report type.

paste in the SQL you copied from the other report into the SQL tab of the new report.

Go to report grouping and group your report again by the field you wanted.

Now when it displays on the website it should group it properly.

This has worked for numerous reports I have.

Thank you irelandt. I had the exact issue with the Preview page in Report Writer formatted and grouped exactly as I wanted it and the web page all messed up. Using the Advanced SQL report I was able to quickly get the report on the Webpage the way I wanted it. MANY THANKS!
