Error moving between dashboard screens

Question

I am building a custom dashboard for one of my customers and receive the following error while trying to move from one screen to the Orion Summary and/or NPM Summary screen(s):

Can anyone assist me with the proper setting? I do not want the customer to have access to customizing their screen views.

Yes but when I choose to "allow", it brings the customer to the screen where they can customize the view instead of just viewing the screen. I do not want to allow them to customize the view but I can't seem to get it to work.

Under Account Settings, there is a setting for "Allow to customize views" Yes or No
