I bought and recommend FocalScope Help desk Ticketing System andLive Chat software. Although we don’t use Orion in the office, we haveintegrated it with a few of our existing CRMsystems using the developer’s API.It really improved our workflow and how organized we are, since every ticket istraceable and has a full action history log. It is well worth the price for usconsidering all the headaches it relieved for us!

Could you help me how to integrate heat with orion.
You can try with this one Help desk software, i think it is possible to integrate it with Orion but I am not 100% sure.
Worthy of note here is yesterday's (5/21) release of SolarWinds Web Help Desk v12, which (among many other new features) offers native integration with Alerts from NPM, NCM, and SAM.
