SolarWinds Wireless Networks Service Will Not Star

Hi,
We are running fully licensed Orion NPM 8.0.201 with a trial verion of Application Monitor 8.0.21. We have now tried testing the SolarWinds Wireless Networks 8.0.11 but cannot get the service to start. Just getting the 'Error 1053: service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion' message. The application window does open and allows us to configure new access points
Any help greatly appreciated,

Just spent the last two days working on this same issue. We have actually had the Wireless add in running for over a year and at some point our service stopped starting. I figured upgrading to Ver8 on everything would have fixed it, but it didn't. I worked with a tech and we tried re-installing, complete removal and fresh install among other things. What ended up working for us was setting the service to use a domain admin account. Solarwinds recommends installing their products using the local admin account and it just wouldn't start. Our errors were ID 7000 & 7009. Anyway, until this point we have always install everything with the domain admin account. Not sure what happened or why, but it is working now after changing the service log on account from local to a domain admin.
