Where is the License Manager download located?

I found this article

Downloading the License Manager from the Customer Portal

from 2/20/2013, but the license manager doesn't live there anymore.

Does anybody know where it is now?

did you try downloading it from the Orion server directly?

Our Orion server is not internet facing, so I can't download from the internet to the server.

I am looking on https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/Licenses and don't see a link to License Manager download.

Indeed it is under License Management, from the Reset License section.
