Anyone come across an issue where a user has clicked on add node and they get get the spinning wheel of death?
Tried rebooting servers, just in the process of running config wizard..
Running config wizard didn't fix it.
I've seen this happen for a variety of reasons, only way to know is to find a log entry to know exactly what to do. Usually, OrionWeb.log (C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\) or (C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\InformationService\v3.0\) Information service v3 logs will contain a corresponding log entry for this. On older (Orion) versions, it could be caused by an expired trial license. Viewing history of support cases, it could also be solved by reinstalling SW Administration service. Or also rebuilding JobEngine and Collector (it's quick).
