Trying to purge configs prior to a certain date

Hi,

I am trying to purge some old configs prior to 5/13/08. So here's what I am doing...

* Clicking on Configs > Purge Old Configs > 
* Select devices: I'm choosing all devices.
* Select Purge Method: I'm choosing Purge all configs downloaded before 5/13/08. 
* Click on Purge.

It looks like it's going through and purging all the configs, but it still shows up listed under the node. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, try clicking the refresh button on the top right of the node list to see if that has any effect.

It seems like you are completing the correct steps, maybe try changing the date or using the last 10 option to see if it purges- The purge should be instant after hitting Purge then Done. I cannot think of why this would not instantly purge.  You can also open a ticket and have a tech look at this.

No, I'm trying to purge the configs in the database. The ones that are actually listed under each device when you open up the Cirrus Config Management software.
