Cirrus ASA box config upload time

I am evaluating Cirrus and I am doing some config loading on and off of a Cisco ASA ver 8.0(3) We are able to download configs fine and we are even able to upload configs to the box since we downloaded the Command template resource.

The issue we're having is that the download operates at a normal speed (under 30 sec) however the upload takes over an hour. I have uploaded configs to other cisco switches and routers today and they upload in well less than a minute infact I even uploaded to another switch while the long upload to the ASA box was running with no delay to the switch. Has anyone any ideas as to why the upload is taking so long?

Hi Ciag, we'd be happy to look into this for you. To do so, we'll need a session trace of the upload process.

1. Enable session tracing (Go to File > Settings > Session Tracing to enable sess

2. Perform upload to your Cisco ASA

3. Post session trace for the Cisco ASA (Go to <install dir>\Configuration Management\Session-Trace)

Ok, sorry for taking so long, it's been hard to squeeze it time with the firewall guys to get the session trace done. I have completed the session trace now where do I send it to so you guys can have a look?
