We use the NCM Connector but not fully yet because we are waiting on Cisco to transition our SmartNet. So we are not getting the full outlook on it right now. Not sure if I would be able to answer to many questions, but will help if I am able too.
We use the connector and I would be more then happy to talk with you. There are many questions and things I would like to get out of the connector.
