Does anyone know if you can implement some sort of logfile rotation policy for NCM, the logfiles I am refering to are the ones located in the JOB directory.

no, there is not current way to implement a rotation of the log files in NCM.
I'll mark this for a PM to comment on.
Thanks, I only say this as my config backup file is 150MB in size and it would be good to have a rotation policy for logfiles as a whole in the Orion suite of tools.
So the ability to set size limits and number of archived copies, before deleting the old ones.
