Copying, Cutting and Pasting between scripts and configs

Question

I'm finding it very frustrating that copy,cut and paste seem to decide for themselves when they want to work.

I'm trying to copy part of a config from one switch to another sometimes the copy\cut will work sometimes it doesn't at all, is there some screen that copy\cut won't work on as I'm finding it very frustrating trying to copy bits of configs around and it not working all the time.

Anyone got anyway of getting copy\cut to work all the time?

Jon and bleearg13, I recommend creating a support ticket on this issue at https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl?compid=638609&formid=12&h=3d0552f20b2e9bd6580b.  We have not been able to reproduce this issue in house.  It should be easier to duplicate and resolve once we have more information.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem.  I worked with Haley briefly on this issue while troubleshooting another issue, but nothing ever came of it.  I also have trouble copying and pasting within the Custom Property Editor in Orion.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  Sometimes you have to right-click and select Copy, then use Ctrl+V, sometimes you can use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, sometimes you can use Ctrl+C but then you have to right-click and select Paste.  It's very strange and frustrating.

I've not tried it directly from the Orion server - I suppose it could be some strange incompatibility with RDP, but I've never tested it.
