we get "Transfer Setup Error" from all the nodes added in NCM
Im having the same problem. Yesterday (Apr 24) we had 25 devices fail with a "Transfer Setup Error" and 25 devices reporting "Timeout" , last night (Apr 25) it increased to 60 Devices reporting "Transfer Setup Error" and 22 units reporting "Timeout". April 23rd, there we no devices reporting Transfer Setup errors or Timeouts

This popped up for us a few days ago. Did you ever find the root cause of the problem?
We have the same issues - Support are not being very helpful as usual.
What have you already tried? Can I assume you have tried restarting your Orion services? Have you checked if the Nodes are using Global Values and if so are they correct or could the password have been changed?
Anyone resolve this? We are seeing the same exact issue in NCM 7.7 after upgrading the OS from Win 2012R2 to Win 2016 (in preparation for SW/Orion version upgrade).

Going to wait until after I upgrade everything. Upgrading all SW OS's to 2016 first, then will do latest version upgrade. If problem persists, then I will open a ticket. Was looking to see if anyone had a solution in the interim
