Plugin "DPE Business Layer" failed to start

Hi Guys,

I have this notifications indicating some of my APEs has DPE Business Layer failed to start. And it mentioned to restart the Module engine services, tried that and the notifications still exist. Does anybody ever encountered this before?

Hello, I am also experiencing this same alert after upgrading to 2024.1.1. Restarting the service has not stopped the alert.

I am also having this issue. I don't know if it's related, but when trying to navigate Solarwinds, sometimes the page changes are super fast, but other times it will just time out. When it appears to be timing out, if i stop the browser then immediately refresh, the new page loads. Not sure what is causing this. I've opened a case with Solarwinds.
