Slower since version 2 upgrade

I just finished installing version 2 of NetFlow and the web interface is slower now. When I load either the Network Performance Monitor or NetFlow from a web browser, it takes longer to come up. For a few seconds I get "Loading..." boxes on my screen and then gradually they get filled in and replaced with the right information.

I only have SL100 and my NetFlow monitors ONE router interface. The upgrade went without problems so I don't understand why it is slower now.

I am seeing the same issue. NetFlow overall runs much better than V1, but the Orion home page hangs when I first load the page. This began as soon as I installed NetFlow V2.

NTA does change the Orion web console. Instead of waiting to show the whole page at once, it now leads resources asynchronously. That is, it loads each resource as soon as it gets the information to show it. That means that the others that are taking longer will show "Loading...".

But, here's the thing, in the old scheme, the whole page would wait until everything was available and then rendered the whole page at once.

So my question is this: Is it really slower or just different? The time to see the first resource should be much quicker, but now you can actually observe the load time on some of the resources.

Why did we make the change? This was actually requested by lots of customers to stop Orion from having the complete page draw every X minutes. It allows each resource to update as needed.

Yes it REALLY is slower. I understand the resoning behind the switch but it does take longer to display the page now. In my case I would say twice as long. It feels like I have a bottleneck somewhere but I don't know where.

Loading TaskManager on the server while loading the web page (from a different box) shows that dllhost.exe is the busiest process (besides System Idle Process). (dllhost.exe with a username of IISUSER_SOLARWINDS)

I never looked before the upgrade so I can't say if that is normal.
