Customized report for all nodes with Windows Update Monitoring

We have added template "Windows Update Monitoring" Successfully on all Windows Node, All the components of application working fine individually on all nodes.

I need to create a consolidated report with below output in columns:

Nodes Name/Caption
Available critical updates (VALUE)
Installed updates (VALUE)
Days passed from last Windows Update (VALUE)
Machine restart status after installing Windows Updates (VALUE)

I am looking for the same report. I've been digging thru Thwack and Google without any luck for days. I can't believe there isn't anything available out there for this.
