ipMon on Windows Server 2008 RC1

Question

Hello All,

I am trying to run ipMonitor v9 on Windows Server 2008 RC1. The ipMonitorSrv service refuses to start.  I know WS2008 is a long way off, but I'd hoped to drive both v9 and WS2008 together as our platform this year.

Hello Herbert,

I am trying to run ipMonitor v9 on Windows Server 2008 RC1.

We've got Windows 2008 (as the host platform) support for ipMonitor this year. The update to do so probably won't be trivial so it'll come out in a full release rather than a service pack. We should send you a private message when testing begins later this year. Don't lose your account on twack! :-)
