How to prevent a user from approving their own IP address request

I created a user account with "read-only" rights in IPAM. That user can complete an IP Address Request as I intended, but the user can also approve their own request - which I want to prevent. How can I do that? It makes no sense at all for a user to be both requester and approver. What am I missing here?

I agree. That makes no sense. However, it might be a bug and should be filed under a support ticket so that they can document it properly and be addressed for future release.

It does say it should only have read only privileges but did not specify any for IP request.
