HA on HCO Advanced

Hi there, I understand HA is bundled with HCO Advanced Enterprise, need to know if HCO Advanced customers can simply purchase a standalone HA license for this functionality?

Hello @Prineel, yes it's possible to purchase a standalone HA license if you don't have an HCO entreprise scale lic.

Users of HCO Essentials and Advanced Standard Edition (as opposed to Enterprise Scale Edition) can purchase and use HA licenses. However, APE (additional polling engines) and AWS (additional web servers) can't be used with Standard Edition, for those capabilities you'll have to purchase the Enterprise Scale Edition (which includes HA, APE and AWS).

Note that the MPE (main polling engine) for HCO Standard Edition (Essentials and Advanced) is fully stacked, handling 48K elements, similar to adding 3 polling licenses to the MPE.
