New Network Atlas wont work with EOC

I had Network Atlas version 1.13.448.0 installed on my local machine and was able to connect to both the ORION servers and EOC successfully. I updated my Network Atlas on my local machine to 1.14.42 and now I cannot login to the EOC maps, I can login to Orion with the new version.
