Real-Timne Interface Monitor: Queue Errors (Cisco Only)

Hello,

I just installed downloaded and installed the latest Toolset, and it works ok. Except for

the specific item I was looking for - The monitor with the 'Output Errors (Cisco Only) screen.

This is where you can see Total Output Drops and Input Drops, etc.

The problem is that NO NUMBERS are displayed. However, when clicking on a column,

it is sorted correctly by the monitor! E.g. is has the Output Drop numbers, but it does not display them.

Is this a 'feature' of the trial-version? :-) Naturally, I tried different Cisco devices, including the 3750.

I even tried an emulated Cisco device via the GNS3 code.

Same problem - The Monitor knows the numbers but it will not display them...

trial version is not limited by anything, so it is definitely not a feature Can you tell me what IOS did you use in GNS3? Perhaps I could reproduce it locally and tell you more...

Hi,

I now also tried on a different PC. Same problem. Toolset version is 10.6.0.84. I tried with several physical Cisco 3750 and

in GNS3 I tried with a Cisco 7206-VXR with Version 12.4(24)T4.

I checked the list of supported MIBs on Cisco website and it seems like there should be no issue with the router you have. Could you please open a support ticket?

Hello Michal,

To be honest, I do not think it has anything to do with the MIBs, Cisco Routers or Switches, as the Toolset code

gets the Qutput Queue Drop counters CORRECT. E.g. I can sort by column and get the correct result (I can

see from my logins and 'show interface counter error' on the switches that the Toolset is sorting it correctly. The Toolset Knows!

It simply wont display it! :-)

It is only a display issue (imho) with this specific code release. Can I fetch another relase and test? I am new here,

so I am not sure how to get downgrade trial versions.

I tried on a netbook MSI (WIN XP) and a stationary 'super' DELL computer (WIN7) - same issue.
