We are installing our solarwinds implementation on a new closed network server so I've downloaded the needed offline install files. When attempting to install ETS for web after installing NPM I'm getting a message that the SolarWinds version is up to date and to install via the LIcense Manager however, there is no option for the license manager. I've even opened up the server for internet access and tried the online installer to the same result. This is version 2023.4.2. Is there a way to simply get an installer from the portal to get this intstalled that' does more than check the SolarWinds platform version?
