Can somebody please help. Is there a way to filter/drill for a specific user only? I need to send out a report that shows the past month's usage for a user.
Have you tried running a report for the user?
Select your instance, use "Top Database Users" report, but then switch to user-defined and add the user of interest.
You can set timeframes from there and even schedule the report to run each month and send automagically.
