I am trying to install DPA 12 in a VM running Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server. When I click on "Create New DPA Repository" there was no response. May I know what is the reason?
I have not seen a time when the Create Repository button does not respond. You will probably want to call into SolarWinds support for DPA and they should be able to help you.

Just for reference, I had a similar issue with SL-DPA on Server 2016 in IE (not Edge) where nothing happened after clicking "Create DPA Repository". Resolved the issue by running the website in compatibility mode.
