It says that a reboot should make the driver available, but that's not working. Any thoughts on how to get it working again?
have you tried upgrading to the latest version with Hotfixes and then re installing the agent?
When I go into add/remove programs, I don’t see it showing, so I manually removed it and the service via Solarwinds documentation, no Windows updates available, ran general server cleanup, rebooted and reinstalled the service but the issue remains.
