VoIP Call Manager Limitation

Hello,

After adding our VoIP Call Managers to SolarWinds we noticed that SolarWinds was only able to pull 2400 out of the 19131 phones we have connected to the call manager is there some limitation with the VoIP Call Managers or a VoIP phone limitation that only allows 2400 phones to be polled???

Nope, we have over 20K phones and are doing fine. I have seen that before, and it cleared after a restart.

Was there any Special configuration that you needed to do on the Avaya Call Manager to pull the Search VoIP Call records?
