Does Solarwinds VOIP monitor module support for Notel CS 1000 IP PBX ?
Can i configure VOIP monitor to get perfomance paramters from my Nortel CS 1000 IP PBX .

The VoIP Monitor modules requires the devices to support the Cisco IP SLA protocol.
If it does not then you will not get any performance statistics from it. I doubt Nortel devices support Cisco IP SLA features but it is worth to check.
If the statistics you want to report are available through SNMP, you might want to have a look at Orion and the Universal Device Poller utility which could report the statistics from it and display them in a web console.
