I'm writing a report to pull connected phones/ATAs with a certain word in their description but I'm unable to get the ATA190 devices to show up.
Anyone encountered this?
I posted the same question yesterday but I found my own answer. The ATAs and Analog ports are all under the Orion.IpSla.CCMGateways table.
I did find them in there but I cannot seem to get descriptions to come through. They are all blank according to SolarWinds but only for the ATA gateways. Are you able to see them?
Edit: In Call Manager they have descriptions in the same place I pull them for connected phones
