IPSLA Operation in unknown state. Waiting for the metrics....

Hello,

I have created an http operation on a Cisco 7606 and it does not pull any metrics. It is not in a down stat but an unknown state.

I have looked everywhere for error messages and anything related to this but cannot find anything. Has anyone had the same experience. Thx

Spincoach, We believe that we already have seen this issue before, but would like to make sure that it is the same issue. Can you lookup the values of the following on the device and let me know what they are? rttMonLatestHTTPOperSense. (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.42.1.5.1.1.6.) rttMonLatestRttOperSense. (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.42.1.2.10.1.2.) Also, to help expedite your issue and make sure that it gets resolved in an upcomming release, it would probably be good to call tech support to get us a diagnostics and to also log your particular scenario in our system.Thanks, David
