IPSLA Capacity

We have Solarwinds version IPAM 2.0.1 and have IPSLA package version IPSLAMGR 3.5.1, we want to use a prob (shadow routers) that measure the IPSLA statistics from it to the customers CPE, we want to ask about the scale of the system, and how many operations can be monitored via IPSLA package on Solarwinds knowing that it is installed on server Windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition , Service Pack 2   , and BD size is 120G and the DB type is SQL Server 2008 R2 32bit.

So we want help is determining the number of IPSLA operations can be handled by the system with the above specefications.

I do not have the precise information for IP SLA Manager 3.5.1, but we tested 4.0 on 64bit Windows Server 2003 R2 with 8GB memory and quad-core processor. We had a DB server separately, and it had the same HW configuration. In this case, we were able to process around 4000 operations. However, our target devices we were testing with were simulated, so in the real life, their responses would be probably slower, and therefore the number of operations IP SLA Manager (called VNQM now) would be able to monitor would be probably lower.

Additionally, the number of operations it is able to monitor depends on the frequency of the operations. The lower the frequency is, the more operations you should be able to monitor.
