web error - intermittently but often

I get this web error often when I am trying to add new monitors - SW = FYI
I'll open a ticket as well
usually I just go back and try it again and it works (after 1 or more retrys)

The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Are you both on IP SLAM 3.5.1? If not, please upgrade to that version and let me know. I'm tracking the cases internally here.
