I was asked today if there is any way I can find unused DID Numbers.
Currently We keep a spreadsheet that has all of our DID numbers and when one is removed from CCM the tech is suppose to mark it as open. Well similar to a Spreadsheet for IP addresses this sheet gets out of date after a short while.
How do you handle keeping track of your used/unused DID Numbers? Is there anything that can be done with Splunk or any SW tool?
