VoIP UDP Jitter Operation Details

I am using Version 10.1 of NPM. Under IPSLA > VOIP > VoIP UDP Jitter Operation Details, my gauges are reporting real time data but the graphs to the right of them indicate "no data for selected time period" the time period I am reporting on is "Today"

Did I miss a check box or is this one for Support?

What version of the IOS are you running the operations on?

Also what version of IPSLA do you have installed?

There was a bug with certain versions of the IOS where certain dates were off

I am running Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(53)SE2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3) I just upgraded all my Cisco 3750s to this IOS in July 2010 and it was released in april 2010

The IP SLA is the most recent as far as I know, SolarWinds IP SLA Manager v3.5.1.

I am not seeing graphs for one just one of my 3750s but all the switches have the same IOS level.

I wonder if delteing it and re-adding it will solve it or is the issue somewhere else?

IP SLA 3.1 and later versions implemented a detection for effects of the bug mentioned and they shouldn't suffer from it.

Have you created the operations in IP SLA Manager, or you are monitoring operations that you created manually on your routers? If the latter, have you specified the operations' lifetime explicitly or used the default?

I am actually trying to troubleshoot this now. All my 3750s are displaying graghs except the one at more core. It seems the lack of graphs carry through all operations on this one particular stack. Actually the newest stack i brought on in July of 2010.

As far as creating the operations, all of them are created via the IP SLA Manager. I am not creating any manually.

Anything you want me to try?

If no success, I am afraid that we need a closer look at your system, thus I would recommend you to contact SolarWinds Support.
