Gateways Not Populating Data/Call Managers Not Pulling CDR info

Question

I've already followed the document that instructs you to stop services then edit the .dll file. Still no dice. My routers are added to NPM, and added to VNQM as well, but no data (PRI/Calls) is populating.

In addition to that problem, I have my call managers sending cdr logs to an ftp server. The files are showing up in the ftp server. My call managers are added to NPQ and VNQM and are testing successfully with FTP credentials. Even with all of this, I am unable to pull any cdr info. Please help!

it seems to me that the fastest way to solve this problem is contact SolarWinds support (if you haven't already). If you can see CDRs on the FTP server that VNQM uses as data source, then it could be more things that may cause not polling FTP (wrong CDR ID sequence, problem with database connectivity, etc.) Support should help you with this asap.
