CUCM integrate with SolarWinds Monitoring Tool.

Question

Hi Team,

I have to integrate CUCM in SolarWinds Monitoring Tool to monitor the VOIP call etc.

First time i'am doing this activity does any body who done this could assist me how to do this any video or steps really appreciate.

My CUCM version is 9

well few info to provide

when configuring vnqm , you will need to add the cucm then you have to provide the AXL credentials of the cucm, vnqm wil use it to get region information of the calls then you have to provide ftp credentials of the ftp server that the cucm exports its cdr/cmr data to it , also vnqm will use these credentials to connect to the ftp server and use the cucm exported data

however

you can skip the steps of the AXL and FTP , but this will output only few information about calls
