Hi - I've had the VoIP monitor installed for a while (haven't upgraded to SLA Mgr. yet) and we're just starting to deploy the new phones. Some questions:
- The default threshold settings differ from the ones in "help". Which would be considered the best starting points?
- We're not using Cisco call manager, rather Alcatel/Genisys. Do I need to manage the Alcatel equivalent of the call manager and specify that as a call manager node? What functionality am I loosing since this is not a Cisco device?
