Error while executing script - Invalid Upgrade Path

To anyone who might be receiving the error "Error while executing script - Invalid Upgrade Path" when installing IP SLA Manager you can use the attached SQL query to remove all traces of previous versions of VoIP Monitor or IPSLA Manager from the database so you can successfully install the latest version.

A couple things to note.  First, running this script would remove all historical VoIP data.  Also, you should only need to do this if you are upgrading from VoIP v2.0 and earlier.  We have not had to remove VoIP database information on upgrades v2.1 to current.
