We are moving to a new licensing system and IP SLA Manager 3.0 implements this. It is a little different but not difficult. I have found these steps save some time:
Begin the IP SLA Manager upgrade/install
Log into your customer portal in a browser session while the installer is running
Click on "Resister Your Software" (center of screen)
Look for the "IP SLA Manager v3.0" section
You should see an "Unregistered License"
Copy the Activation Key
When you get to the license screen just paste the Key and continue
I have done clean installs and upgrades in under 10 minutes this way!
If you don't see a license key in your portal and you are under current maintenance contact Customer Service at 1-866-530-8040 opt. 1
