data not being recored fro graphing

Question

I have set up 28 http monitors fro various routers and 5 VoIP they are working fine, just added 2 new HTTP and they do report, the gauges show response times but the graphs say no data for selected tie period.  checked the raw data and the XLS is empty I belive therfore nothing is being recored for historiical   nay ideas?

There are a few possible reasons why you aren't seeing graphs.  I suggest you file a support ticket for this so we can take a closer look at your situation.  Please reference this thwack thread.
