I would like a listing to view something like this where I can see Provisioned space vs capacity vs free space on all our datastores:
Datastore Usage
CAPACITY 20.0 TB
FREE SPACE 8.9 TB
DISK OVERALLOCATED RATIO 153 %
PROVISIONED SPACE 30.7 TB
DEPLETION DATE 3/30/2023
I am able to do a search on an individual datastore and get the above information in the datastore details and the Datastore Usage widget.
I was directed here by Solarwinds support as this was deemed out of scope even though for historical tracking and reporting this would be very useful. I am unable to view my vmware datastore information or add it to a dashboard.
Support said this might be able to be done via SWQL or SQL queries. Does anyone have any experience setting up a dashboard to view the above datastore information?
