Hardware polling failed.

I have an ESX server that I'm polling.

Most polling is working OK. SolarWinds is polling using the basic VMware API. Iv made an account on the ESX server for SolarWinds to use and its connected fine.

ESX status is: UP

Operational state: Connected

The only issue I'm having is the last poll message always states: Hardware polling failed: Polling of chassis (CIM_Chassis class) failed. The operation has timed out.

ESXi version is: VMware ESXi 7.0.3 build-20328353 VMware, Inc. x86_64

Does anyone have a fix for this or have some troubleshooting advice?

My only thought without diving deeper concerns the version of VMAN. Some of the older VMAN might have issues with vmware 7.x.
