error to integrat VMAM in orion console.

Guys I can help connect VMan in orion console. All version is last.

The port are enable bettween server, telnet ok. The server are in some network.

cjfranca Not sure what is going on with the screenshots, but they are not showing for me. Also, when I click them, they take me to a "440 Login Timeout" page, with a URL pointing to outlook.office.com.

Please attach those screenshots again, so we can see what is going on.

Okay, so your VMAN server is using the default port, 443?

And you can ping your VMAN server from your Orion server?

And you can ping your Orion server from your VMAN server?

And you have allowed ports 17777 and 17778 through your firewall?

No have firewall between servers. The dafeault Port is 443 open. Yes can be

possíble ping servers.

cjfranca Have you checked the logs? I'm not certain which log would be the most useful, as I do not currently have VMAN integrated in my environment, however, maybe check the following two locations, and look into the most recent logs.

\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\Orion\

\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\VIM

IP is correct

Port is correct (443)

No Firewall (Ports 17777 & 17778 are open between the servers)

Username is correct (VMAN server user login)

Password is correct (VMAN server password)

Both servers are on the same network

Both servers can see/communicate with each other.

I am not sure what else would be causing the connection to fail.

If I have time, I will turn up a test VM to integrate, however, that might not be until tomorrow morning. You may want to engage support, if you need to get it working right now.
