I am relatively new to VMAN. Is there a way to create a tabular report showing a bunch of different systems with columns for Average Memory and CPU utilization over a period of time?
Hi,
do you insist on using VMAN reporting instead of Orion reporting?
In VMAN, you can i.e. use search bar at the top, list all hosts -> export result -> here you can add attribute -> host.memload - and on the bottom of dialog window you can choose time frame, i.e. month -> run export
p.darila unfortunately I have not yet integrated VMAN with Orion so I don't have that reporting option yet.
I will go ahead and try what you suggested; thanks!
So, this seems to work when I choose the time frame "latest" but if I select any of the other time frames I get the list of VM's with no data in the other attribute columns that I selected. Any thoughts on what would cause this?
Do you have enough data polled?
When do you open detail of some VM and check chart of wanted counter, do you have data here?
The report contains a LOT of virtual machines, I know most of them should have the data. Will the entire report have no data if only one or two nodes are missing it?
