How do I export user permissions for Orion? OR, what table are user rights/permissions stored in?

Looking for a way to export granular Orion permissions for users and groups.

The "Admin->Accounts->Account List' does not seem to have an export feature.

We are looking to move users to an AD SSO model, where AD groups control access instead of local user accounts. It would be much easier if I could export existing rights so that I can create the appropriate AD groups and permission access for individuals.

I looked through the canned reports as well, but cannot find a thing.

A good starting point would be KMSigma's SolarWinds Orion Accounts report.

The embedded SWQL in the report shows the tables the information is being pulled from.

That said, the report only captures the high-level "Orion" rights, and not the rights for individual modules. And that's where managing rights in the SolarWinds Platform gets really tricky, as I expect each separate module stores their rights and permissions in different tables. And, of course, what rights you are looking for will be highly dependent on which modules you have licenced (unless you've already gone the HCO route). The monolithic rights assignments options in Orion is more than a little complicated and somewhat overwhelming.

Try Orion WebUsersettings. But that is only for Orion general settings. It would differ per product example, IPAM, SAM, etc. Furthermore, I haven't verify this as I no longer have SW Environment. You also need to have basic understanding on what they mean when looking at that table.

regardless of product, the account and permissions should be somewhere in detail to extract. And there must be some entries in the DB. Suprised they don't offer an export feature or canned reports with detail
