Thwack acount doesn't get attached in Orion Pollers

Hi, 
 
 I'm trying to get some pollers from the community. But when I get the "ENTER THWACK CREDENTIALS" popup, it never works. I get invalid username or password. 
 
 Any ideas? The fact that I'm logged in here means i can use Thwack. So what gives?

Your application server doesnt have internet access or your company uses a proxy to get to it so you will need to set it up in the console
