Poller for a Vendor...

Hi, I had a poller for a certain device that we are no longer using. I switched the nodes we were using that poller for but that device is still listed although there are no devices using it... I also deleted said poller. Why, oh why does it still show up on my managed Node page...? Thanks for any thoughts on this.

Is this a Universal Device Poller (UnDP) that was created using the Win32 app?

I don't think so... its a poller to discover AT&T/Accelerated devices when added to the inventory.

Can you provide a screenshot of the poller on the Node Details Page you are wanting removed? It's still not clear what type of poller was created or what type of information it returned.

We had a bunch of ATT/Anira devices that were coming up as unknown for machine type. I found a poller that would identify these these a ATT/Accelerated in the devices details, so when displayed in a Node tree widget the vendor listed it as:

The problem is that when the pulldown is clicked on nothing pops up. Also I was told we did not need it anymore as these are going away. My solution was to delete the poller here:

But as you can see the "vendor listing is still there. Which is confusing as I deleted the poller identifying the vendor. Hopefully that made sense.
