Hi!
I'm in trouble to manage some Advantech switches by Orion NCM.
The issue is in brief that NCM is unable make the telnet connection to this devices. This is caused by the custom prompt displayed by the device in response to a telnet connection request.
Advanthech switch models we have in charge DO NOT support SSH so I do necessarily connetc in this way :-(

Note that the connection profile has configured with Username:RED and Password:BLUE
It seems that NMC is unable to understand "when to send the username and when the password"
I've tried to build a custom device template (hoping to solve the issue customizing the prompt pattern expected for username/password request) but this was unsuccessful
Has anyone any idea to help me?
