Storage Resource Monitor Profiler Module issue

Question

Hi

I have a SRM(The original STM v6.0.2) lab. when I add EMC VNX storage arrays and key in login info

Click test button just show  "HTTP 401 - Unauthorized: check username/password"

I also installed SRM v6.0.5 test the same EMC storage arrays is successful join lab

Why can not add it in my STM v6.0.2 module ?

Anybody can help this?

Is there any firewall rule that permits http/https queries on ports 5988/5989 from the Orion server only? To test it real quick, you can install the SRM Profiler agent on the SRM Orion server, and choose this agent to add the VNX into SRM Profiler.

YES! same password of both.

Created another account on SMI-s provider are failed too
