Storage LUN Monitoring - Custom Condition

Hi Team,

Need your help to deploy one custom condition to monitor the Storage LUN. The below condition we want to be deploy in the SolarWinds SRM modules.

Condition -

Response time >20ms for Continue 5min OR response time >20 ms within 30 min 15 number of time (mean if we identified 15 spike within 30 which are > 20ms).
